We’re now looking for a smart, curious, and proactive intern to join us and support both brand/content activities and new business operations.
This is a real learning opportunity, not a “photocopy & coffee” internship.
As Brand & New Business Intern, you’ll work closely with the founders and senior team to help:
build and manage GA Agency’s brand and content,
support new business and client acquisition activities,
keep operations organised and moving efficiently.
You’ll get exposure to how a digital agency actually grows, from content and positioning to pitches, leads, and client conversations.

Brand & Content
Support the creation and management of content for GA Agency’s channels (especially LinkedIn and newsletter)
Research industry trends, digital marketing topics, AI tools and insights
Draft and edit content such as:
blog posts,
LinkedIn posts,
newsletters (via Mailchimp)
Help plan, schedule and organise content calendars
Collaborate with the marketing team on ideas, formats and positioning
New Business & Admin Support
Support the business development team with:
preparing decks, agendas and meeting materials
scheduling meetings and coordinating calls
keeping CRM, leads and contact databases up to date
Conduct basic research on:
potential clients,
industries and competitors,
market and digital trends
Provide general admin support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
You might be a great fit if:
You are currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communication or a related field
Fluent English (C1) — Italian is a strong plus
You’re genuinely interested in digital marketing, tech and AI tools
You’re proactive, organised and not afraid to ask questions
You’re comfortable working independently and taking ownership
You’re a bit of a “smanettone” — curious, hands-on, eager to test tools and learn by doing
You’re not shy: you communicate clearly, both written and verbal
You’re detail-oriented but also able to see the bigger picture
You can produce clean, professional documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to have (not mandatory):
Previous internship or work experience (especially client-facing)
Basic understanding of digital marketing or business development
Duration: 6–12 months
