We are looking for an organised, creative and ambitious individual, who will work across multiple advertising platforms & clients. As a Paid Media Senior Account Manager, you will help to support our Paid Media Director to lead a team of Account Managers and Specialists to deliver best-in-class paid media campaigns.


What you'll be doing with us....


  • Developing and implementing paid media campaigns & strategies across paid search, paid social & programmatic platforms
  • Monitor and review work completed by the team to ensure we are consistently delivering high quality work for our clients to meet SLAs
  • Analysing campaign performance data and providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation and growth
  • Leading client communications (including weekly calls and business reviews) & delivering reports and strategies to key stakeholders
  • Provide line management guidance and support to direct reports, including setting goals, providing regular feedback, and ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to succeed
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients
  • Participate in business development proposals & pitches



What we are looking for:


Required:

  • At least 5 years of experience in executing paid media campaigns & creating paid media strategies, working across platforms such as Google Ads & Meta.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in Google Analytics & Looker Studio
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to direct reports.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance targets and deliver results for clients.
  • Fluency in English to C2 level

The following would be an advantage:

  • Proven experience in Lead Generation, Fashion & Ecommerce
  • Experience running ads on other platforms such as Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest and TikTok
  • Fluency in Italian to C2 level
